Reporting directly to the General Manager of Customer Operations, the Logistics Manager - Delivery (\xe2\x80\x9cDelivery Manager\xe2\x80\x9d) will have responsibility for the delivery of the company\'s products and the quality and productivity of the Delivery logistics team. Emphasis will be placed on Customer Delivery management and fiscal accountability. A key component will be the development of sound and progressive staff development initiatives to ensure a fully competent and motivated work force to meet the challenges of today and the future.
This role will support and embed Superior Propane\'s vision, mission, values and goals by ensuring that all business and people practices, policies and processes are applied consistently in support of excellent customer service and ease of doing business.
