Canadian Sustainability Labs (CSL) provides premium accommodation and transportation services for travelling healthcare professionals. We are at the forefront of sustainability and have minimized our carbon footprint with a fleet of electric vehicles and energy-efficient accommodations integrating solar panels and energy storage. We aim to invest in these environmentally friendly solutions and help expedite the transition across Canada to net-zero emissions. CSL is looking for a full-time or part-time Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Newfoundland. This position is remote and will require travel across Newfoundland. The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for supporting our fleet of vehicles in the province, interfacing and ensuring an exceptional experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a clean driving record, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to customer service. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage vehicle pick-up, drop-off and inspection before and after handing over to customer
• Cleaning vehicles, ensuring they are fulled or charged
• Maintain accurate records of passenger pickups and drop-offs
• Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues to management
• Provide excellent customer service to all customers

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver\'s license and clean driving record
• Minimum of 2 years of driving experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist passengers with luggage
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns
