Logistics Coordinator

What You'll Do:





As a

Logistics Coordinator

, you'll be responsible for overseeing the flow of goods, parts, and tools into and out of our Dartmouth facility. You'll ensure that shipments are processed accurately, stock levels are maintained, and logistics functions operate efficiently.



Your responsibilities will include:


Shipping & Receiving




Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring compliance with packaging, documentation, and customer specifications. Inspect shipments and log discrepancies or damages in coordination with QHSE and Procurement teams. Manage international shipments, including customs documentation and courier relations. Process all shipping/receiving data using Intelex, Maestro, and digital filing systems. Support rental equipment processing by maintaining manifests and logs. Maintain a clean and organized shipping/receiving area and perform daily forklift inspections.



Inventory & Tool Crib Management




Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and act as the site lead for annual inventory counts and audits. Monitor and reorder shop consumables and parts in coordination with Procurement. Support material requisitions and ensure timely fulfillment for technician and project needs. Oversee the tool crib, issuing and tracking tools while contributing to new tool control systems.

Process Improvement & Collaboration




Collaborate with project coordinators, technicians, and service teams to resolve logistics-related challenges. Provide feedback on processes and help implement improvements in asset tracking, invoicing, and reporting. Contribute to new systems implementation in Intelex for fleet, shipping, and tool crib modules. Work with QHSE and Fleet Managers to support compliance and invoicing related to equipment and truck maintenance.

What We're Looking For:





We're excited to meet candidates who have:


At least 2 - 3 years of experience in logistics, shipping/receiving, or inventory control. Forklift operation ability or certification. Strong communication and organizational skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset. Ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team. Proficiency with logistics software (Intelex, Maestro, or similar) and Microsoft Office. A customer-service focus and the ability to juggle competing priorities in a dynamic environment. A strong safety-first approach and commitment to continuous improvement.
