to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily freight operations, managing customs clearance processes for cross-border shipments, and monitoring shipment status to ensure timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate transportation of goods between Canada and the USA.
Prepare and manage customs clearance documentation (ACE/ACI, PARS, PAPS, invoices, BOL, etc.).
Communicate with brokers, carriers, drivers, and customers to ensure smooth cross-border movement.
Track and trace shipments, provide real-time updates, and resolve delays.
Maintain accurate records of loads, routes, and customs files.
Support dispatch team with scheduling, paperwork, and driver communication.
Ensure compliance with CBSA, CBP, FMCSA, and company policies.
Qualifications
Experience in transportation, dispatch, logistics, or customs clearance (preferred).
Knowledge of cross-border freight processes (Canada-USA).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with transportation or dispatch software is an asset.
