We are seeking a detail-oriented
Logistics Assistant
to support our Logistics Manager in daily logistics and supply chain operations.
Job Duties:
Support the Shipping Manager in coordinating shipments, customs clearance, and transportation.
Prepare and review customs and shipping documents to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Liaise with carriers, freight forwarders, and suppliers to track and monitor shipments.
Arrange pickups and deliveries to guarantee timely order fulfillment.
Maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, and related documents.
Provide updates on shipment status to internal teams and assist in resolving logistics issues promptly.
Other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.
Education:
Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Qualifications:
Basic understanding of import/export regulations and customs procedures.
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with logistics systems is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Ability to speak and read Mandarin a plus.
Valid Class 5 driver's license required.
