We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Assistant to support warehouse operations. This role involves; set up warehouse, daily manifests, pre book listings, assisting in quotes, book trucks, track, assist in after hours of handling show(shared) The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of supply chain management systems and warehouse operations. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to process improvements within a dynamic logistics environment.

Duties

Setting up Advanced Warehouses Getting manifests and supplying to our General Service Contractor(customer) Monitoring/updating our excel schedule Preparing new files for shows Schedule shipments for drag back(when necessary) Clear communication with our reps at show site and GSC Handle After hours/weekends (shared) Other duties as assigned by VP Operations.

Requirements

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Experience with freight forwarding. 3 - 5 years good understanding of Microsoft, excel, word documents. Strong command of the english language Strong communication skills for coordinating across departments and external partners in logistics operations. Proactive problem-solving skills with a focus on optimizing supply chain performance through continuous improvement efforts.
