We are currently looking for a Logistics and Service Coordinator to assist our growing team! The Logistics and Service Coordinator will play a key role in managing the logistics and after-sales service processes that support our custom cabinetry projects. This includes coordinating shipments, scheduling installations, liaising with clients, and organizing service visits -- all while ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction. The Logistics and Service Coordinator will report to the Company's Production Scheduler and will work closely with the shipping, production, and installation teams.
Logistics and Service Coordinator Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact between clients, installers, and production staff
Coordinate daily deliveries and installation schedules across multiple job sites
Organize and monitor transportation logistics, and product movement and maintain accurate documentation
Collaborate with the production team to ensure products are staged and ready for shipment
Address scheduling changes, delays, or customer issues proactively and professionally
Schedule and manage service calls
Maintain detailed records of all logistics and service activities
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in logistics coordination, customer service, or project management (preferably in millwork or construction)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
Detail-oriented and highly organized with excellent time management
Knowledge of cabinetry, millwork, or construction processes is considered an asset
Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
