About the Role:


Reimer Bros Trucking is hiring a

Logistics Admin & Compliance Support

team member to help keep our operations running smoothly. This is a hybrid support role combining logistics coordination with administrative and compliance responsibilities. If you're organized, dependable, and have a background in business or finance, this position offers the chance to play a key role behind the scenes in a busy trucking environment.

What You'll Be Doing:



Track and manage fleet permits, inspection schedules, and regulatory filings Support the processing of supplier invoices, purchase orders, and service agreements Help maintain records of operating expenses and prepare internal summaries for reporting Assist with gathering fuel, toll, and permit data for internal tracking Prepare and submit basic permit applications and regulatory documents Keep all logistics-related files organized and up to date (digital and physical) Communicate with government offices and vendors to confirm renewals, rates, and compliance requirements Maintain a simple asset log for logistics equipment like trailers and shop tools Provide general admin support including document prep, driver travel bookings, and supply ordering Assist other staff during peak times or when coverage is needed

What We're Looking For:



Diploma or degree in Business, Finance, or related field CPA designation or Accounting Technician Certificate is an asset Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Comfortable with digital document systems and basic report preparation Clear communicator with strong attention to detail Able to manage deadlines and stay organized with shifting priorities Experience with Oracle, QuickBooks, or similar tools is a plus Familiarity with transportation, manufacturing, or logistics industries is helpful but not required
