to oversee daily shipping, inventory, and customer service support functions. This role ensures accurate order processing, efficient freight management, and smooth warehouse operations through timely communication with internal teams, carriers, vendors and service providers. The successful candidate will combine strong organizational skills with hands-on problem-solving to keep operations efficient and cost-effective.
Key Responsibilities
Order & Shipping Management
Verify and check all incoming and outgoing orders for accuracy.
Prepare and manage shipping paperwork and related documentation.
Track shipments and provide status updates.
Dispatch RMAs and call tags in a timely manner.
Logistics Coordination
Manage inbound and outbound logistics, coordinating with couriers, carriers, freight providers, and customs brokers.
Obtain and compare freight quotes for inbound and outbound shipments.
Negotiate freight rates to achieve cost savings while maintaining service levels.
Oversee courier and carrier loading as required.
Inventory Control
Execute stock moves and ensure accurate updates in physical and system records.
Coordinate and process warehouse transfers between locations.
Monitor inventory levels to support operational planning.
Submit Purchase Orders for approval and follow up vendors
Reporting & Analysis
Prepare and maintain KPI reporting to track logistics, on-time-in-full and inventory performance.
Analyze trends in shipping, inventory, and freight costs to identify areas for improvement.
Customer Service Support
Provide responsive communication and assistance to the Customer Service team regarding order status, shipping, and returns.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or inventory coordination.
Strong knowledge of inbound/outbound logistics processes and freight management.
Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems and Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with freight rate negotiation and carrier relations.
