Inventory Coordinator

you help keep our operations running smoothly so we can continue providing the best customer service experience.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Assisting in preparing used vehicles for sale ie. stickered, cleaned, parked, priced, and advertised online with photos Ensuring all purchased and traded vehicle files are properly prepared Monitoring PBS vehicle inventory and keeping key tracking systems up to date and organized Confirming all bills of sale and payments are scanned and processed in a timely manner Checking all used vehicles follow the Steele Honda Used Vehicle Reconditioning guidelines Issuing and tracking sublet purchase orders Assisting with Washbay tasks and working with Lot Attendants to confirm vehicles are at the correct location along with keys and files Other tasks assigned by management

What We're Looking for:

Experience in automotive industry an asset Great organization and time management skills Capable of working both independently and as a team Efficient computer skills and ability to learn
