We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces & Rooms Utilize hand tools and power tools as necessary for cleaning tasks and minor repairs. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and report issues promptly. Manage time effectively to complete tasks within scheduled hours while maintaining quality standards. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns from clients or staff regarding cleanliness. Handle heavy lifting when required, ensuring safety protocols are followed during all tasks. Maintain an organized inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to cleaning schedules.

Skills

Proficiency in commercial cleaning techniques and custodial experience is preferred. Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is a plus. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently. Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed during cleaning operations. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and attention to detail in all cleaning assignments.
