Position Overview
We are seeking a
Location Manager
to oversee the daily operations of our facility while also serving as a welcoming presence at the front desk. This is a
hybrid role
that balances guest-facing responsibilities with management, ensuring smooth operations, high-quality standards, and outstanding guest satisfaction.
The Location Manager reports directly to the
General Manager
and plays a key role in maintaining operational excellence across all areas of the location.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Guest Experience
Greet guests warmly and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out experience
Address guest questions, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and care
Monitor and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction
Daily Operations & Management
Oversee day-to-day operations of the location
Manage scheduling and staffing needs to ensure proper coverage
Supervise, support, and manage staff performance
Conduct quality control checks of thermal rooms and all general areas
Facility & Inventory Management
Perform regular inventory counts and manage supply ordering
Ensure rooms meet cleanliness, safety, and brand standards
Conduct routine pool testing and maintain accurate records
Reporting & Communication
Communicate regularly with the General Manager regarding operations, staffing, and guest feedback
Report issues, trends, and improvement opportunities proactively
Availability Requirements
Must be available to work weekends
Must be available for emergency coverage as needed
, including unexpected staffing shortages or facility issues
Qualifications
Previous experience in hospitality, wellness, spa, or facility management preferred
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable balancing front desk responsibilities with operational oversight
Ability to problem-solve and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
