The Retail Multi-Location Manager oversees day-to-day operations across multiple retail and restaurant locations, ensuring consistent brand standards, exceptional customer experiences, and strong financial performance. This role emphasizes team leadership, operational efficiency, and strategic growth within the retail and food service divisions.
Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development
Lead and mentor store and restaurant managers.
Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Conduct regular leadership meetings and performance reviews.
Operational Oversight
Ensure compliance with food safety, OH&S, and franchise standards.
Oversee staffing plans, scheduling, and payroll approvals.
Implement systems for operational consistency across sites.
Customer Experience
Champion a customer-first mindset.
Resolve escalated issues promptly and professionally.
Financial Management
Monitor budgets, sales, and profitability.
Analyze financial reports and implement corrective actions.
Strategic Growth
Support marketing initiatives and community engagement.
Prepare for future retail projects or expansions.
Additional Responsibilities to Include:
Financial Acumen
Monitor and optimize daily, weekly, monthly, and annual budgets and inventory.
Starting wage is based on experience.
