ROLE SUMMARY
The Local Restaurant Marketing (LRM) Manager is an ambassador of Nando's brand, culture, and values -- both within our restaurants and in the communities we serve. This role builds internal engagement and drives local brand awareness and market share through tailored marketing activities.
Key responsibilities include planning and executing local marketing initiatives, from events and creative asset production to social, digital, influencer, and traditional media activations. The LRM Manager partners closely with Patraos (General Managers) and Area Directors to align on market opportunities, gain buy-in, and deliver impactful campaigns.
The role also manages reporting and analysis to measure ROI, while providing day-to-day support for initiatives such as the gift card program, guest issue resolution, and on-the-ground campaign coordination.
As with all Nandocas, the LRM Manager is expected to wear many hats, contribute to a culture of teamwork, and seek out opportunities to continuously make Nando's better.
