The role reports to the Vice President Member Platform Development. Responsible for business analysis, quality assurance, and support of Innovation\xe2\x80\x99s Loan Origination System (VeriLoan) built on Microsoft Dyn

What will you do?

• Gather and analyze business requirements.
• Work with the vendor to match business processes to vendor workflows.
• Create and maintain functional documentation and user training content.
• Provide support to end-users and take part in the change management process.
• Design and create test plans and test scripts.
• Execute manual and/or automated tests on the software application.
• Validate features, identify bugs and glitches, and report them to development teams.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development.
• Advise best practices and optimizations throughout testing and bug-fixing processes.
• Collaborate with fellow team members to develop new approaches for seeking out bugs and exploits in end-user-facing applications.
• Help troubleshoot issues.
• Conduct sanity checks and regression testing.
• Aggregate feedback and feature requests from end-users and contribute to building the platform\xe2\x80\x99s roadmap.

Some things that would impress us:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree/Master\xe2\x80\x99s Degree preferably in Computer Science
• Minimum 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in business analysis and software quality assurance
• Experience in loan origination system project implementations is a definite asset
• Experience in the banking sector is a plus
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in project management and QA methodology
• Familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile frameworks
