Developing and maintaining new accounts
Listening and identifying the customer\xe2\x80\x99s needs before educating and advising the customer on the best personal financing solution tailored to them.
Collecting, organizing, and delivering all relevant customer information & documentation to our financial partners to expedite the pre-approval process
Actively listening to customers and driving satisfaction through solution-based relationships
Acquiring product line knowledge on all of Spring Financial\'s programs and educating clients on the best use of such programs)
What You Should Already Have:
Entrepreneurial attitude with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment an asset
Prior call center experience a plus, but not required
Results-oriented, creative and charismatic with the desire to share a laugh or two with your teammates
A diploma or degree and/or a combination of relevant experience
