We're looking for a motivated, full-time

Load Builder

who excels in a fast-paced, challenging work environment and is passionate about top-notch customer service, to join our yard team.

About the Role

The Load Builder is responsible for fulfilling customer orders for both in-yard pick-ups and deliveries managed by our in-house driver team to customer jobsites. This includes safely loading and unloading materials onto customer or company equipment by hand or using equipment; while ensuring all paperwork is accurate and inventory and logistics processes are maintained without compromise.

What We're Looking for in You

High school diploma 16+ years of age Experience operating equipment safely 1 year of forklift experience with strong, confident, and safe operating skills Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs (loading/unloading trucks, pallets, and yard materials) Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions Safety-focused and attentive to detail Strong customer service skills with a positive, service-oriented attitude Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment Willingness to learn and maintain up-to-date product knowledge Available to work holidays and weekends Highly organized with strong attention to detail Effective teamwork and communication skills
