Landscape Builder / Site Labourer

to join our field team. This is a

year-round job

offering steady work across the seasons--from landscape construction in spring/summer/fall to snow operations in the winter.

Your Daily Work Might Include:

Assisting with the

installation of patios, pathways, and retaining walls

using natural stone and interlocking pavers (no concrete forming or finishing) Spreading materials such as soil, mulch, or gravel for grading and finishing Cleaning up job sites and hauling materials and tools to and from the work area Operating handheld tools (shovels, rakes, wheelbarrows, tampers) and small power equipment Supporting softscape work such as planting and lawn preparation Participating in

snow removal activities in winter

, including shoveling, de-icing, and maintaining access paths

What We're Looking For:

Prior landscaping or construction experience is an asset (1+ season preferred) Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and working in both hot and cold weather Shows up on time and works hard every day Works well in a team setting and takes direction without issue Has a

valid driver's licence and personal transportation

Nice-to-Have Extras:

First Aid certification or WHMIS Equipment experience (e.g., mini excavator, skid steer, loader) Snow and ice control experience in previous winters

Compensation & Perks

$19.00-$24.00/hour

Typical Hours:

35-45 per week, Monday to Friday (occasional Saturdays in peak season)
