Landscape Construction Labourer

to join our team full-time, year-round.

This role offers steady outdoor work in all seasons -- from landscape builds in spring, summer, and fall to snow operations in the winter. If you're reliable, hardworking, and enjoy staying active, this could be the right fit for you.

What You'll Be Doing

Assisting with patios, retaining walls, and stonework (natural stone and interlock -- no concrete forming) Preparing and spreading soil, mulch, and gravel Supporting planting, grading, and lawn prep Cleaning and organizing job sites, moving materials, and setting up tools Operating basic tools and small equipment (wheelbarrows, tampers, etc.) Participating in snow removal in winter -- shoveling, salting, and maintaining walkways and driveways
What We're Looking For

Landscaping or construction experience (1+ season preferred) Able to lift 50 lbs and work in all weather conditions Dependable, punctual, and hardworking Works well on a team and follows direction

Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation required

(sites are not on bus routes) Safety-focused and willing to learn
Bonus Skills (Not Required)

First Aid or WHMIS certification Equipment experience (mini excavator, skid steer, loader) Snow and ice control experience
Compensation & Benefits

$19.00-$24.00/hour based on experience

Higher hourly rate for snow shifts in winter

Job Type:

Full-time, permanent

Hours:

30-40 per week, Monday-Friday (occasional Saturdays during peak season)
