Job Summary
Building manager position available in Fairfield for a seniors housing complex.
Duties are not limited to but may include:
Gardening Lawn Mowing Garbage Bin Moving & Clean Up Stairwell Cleaning Pressure Washing Light Carpentry Interior and Exterior Painting Laundry Room Access & Cleaning Minor Renovation Assistance Changing Light Bulbs Snow Removal Computer Skills
Qualifications
Proficient in English with strong communication skills Mechanical knowledge and experience in facilities maintenance Experience in a maintenance or building role IT skills are an asset Microsoft Office skills are an asset Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check required
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From $2,097.52 per month
