OVERVIEW:
Join our innovative and forward-thinking team in the digital print industry as a Live Streaming Demonstration Specialist, where your primary mission will be to demonstrate Xerox's Workplace and Production technology, software, and services offerings to clients in alignment with XDS, and Route-to-Market requirements. You will play a key leadership role in fostering a high-performance culture, developing sales talent, and building strategic relationships with both internal teams and clients in the Business Solution segment.
As a Live Streaming Demonstration Specialist, you will bring Xerox's technology, software, and services to life through engaging, high-impact demonstrations. You'll strategize with account teams, execute tailored demos, and pivot based on client feedback. Beyond presenting, you'll optimize technology performance, troubleshoot, and propose enhancements. Your role ensures demos align with XDS and Route-to-Market requirements, maximizing engagement. With a flexible schedule, you'll play a key role in driving sales success. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive sales growth by delivering engaging and informative product demonstrations as the subject matter expert on all Xerox offerings that highlight key features and benefits, is solution-driven to align with the customer needs and influence customer purchasing decisions.
  • Enhance client satisfaction by creating an interactive and personalized experience to address customer inquiries, and ensuring a thorough understanding of the product's value and applications.
  • Conduct on-camera Live Streaming Demonstrations for clients to ensure strategic alignment that reflect the team's objectives, messaging, and sales approach, while also providing insights and feedback to enhance overall demonstration effectiveness.
  • Leverage key performance metrics from demonstrations, customer engagement, and sales conversions to refine strategies and enhance presentation effectiveness.
  • Analyze customer feedback and behavioral trends to identify opportunities for improvement, optimize demonstration techniques, and align with business objectives.
  • Manage room operations strategically, ensuring room readiness, scheduling efficiency, and optimal usage to increase the success rate of demonstrations and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Elevate the sales process by translating complex technology into clear, impactful insights that drive customer confidence and purchasing decisions.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCES & ABILITIES:
  • Minimum 3 years of success in a sales and/or consulting role, with a focus on achieving results and driving client value
  • Exceptional business acumen, communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage, educate, and influence diverse audiences through compelling demonstrations.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders by fostering trust, collaboration, and a customer-centric approach.
  • Adapt messaging and delivery style based on audience needs, ensuring clarity, impact, and alignment with client priorities.
  • Ability to pivot conversations in response to changing requirements/ circumstance
  • In depth knowledge of hardware, solutions, and software, with strong knowledge of industry trends
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Technically proficient with Microsoft Office tools and CRM's (i.e. Salesforce)
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Basic networking knowledge
