Phoenix Building is currently looking for service-minded individuals with good communication skills Live Chat Service Agent. This role will mainly be focused on taking care of our customers by phone, email, and live chat. Duties and Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Book travel and process ticket sales
\xc2\xb7 Answer phones / respond to client emails
\xc2\xb7 Creation of memos and other written documents
\xc2\xb7 Filing of invoices
\xc2\xb7 Restock and order supplies
\xc2\xb7 Data entry and other information
\xc2\xb7 Various other administrative duties as required Knowledge and Skills Required \xc2\xb7 Must have a HS Diploma or above
\xc2\xb7 Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
\xc2\xb7 Ability to remain composed, tactful, and professional
\xc2\xb7 Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
\xc2\xb7 Confident, pleasant and welcoming disposition Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $22.90 per hour Benefits:
