The call centre is open Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Several work schedules are possible and will vary depending on the availability of team members.\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xafOur call center receives clients from across Canada.

Your training and career development\xc3\x82

You\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\x99ll start with a 7-week\xc3\x82 training program in our offices. The training program is in person and centered around on-the-job learning on the phone and is supported by a remote trainer-coach.\xc3\x82

Competencies required
  • High school diploma
  • Customer service experience
  • Strong spoken and written\xc3\x82 french and\xc3\x82 English for dealing with English and french speaking clients across Canada..
