Manpower is currently seeking a Customer Service Agent for a 6-month contract opportunity with a client located in Red Deer, AB.

What will you be doing?

• Assisting the Specialist, Utilities Category Management & Advisor, SCM Utilities in maintaining company-wide demand profiles and external supply and demand market intelligence (MI)

• Researching, analyzing business impact, and tracking current and emerging market intelligence

• Follow up and maintain Parked and Blocked invoices

• Direct spend to preferred suppliers in order to maintain cost effective rates for the company

• Respond to internal and external audit document requests

• Administer the ordering process and convert purchase/service requests into complete purchase/service order

• Other duties as assigned by supervisor

What will you bring?

• Associates degree preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Minimum of five years of service industry experience managing service operations and / or service scheduling

• Must demonstrate the ability to perform work independently and demonstrate solid organizational and attention to detail skills

• Must have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both internal and external clients

• Able to prioritize work activities based upon financial impact to desired business goals

• Ensures that all customer account information required to support call management activities and scheduling of tasks are kept up to date
