We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Litigation Law Clerk to support our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in real estate, corporate, or construction law, with demonstrated experience assisting on files related to property development, conveyancing, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
Law Clerk diploma or equivalent certification from a recognized institution.
Minimum 4-7 years of relevant legal experience in a real estate, commercial law and civil litigation.
Strong understanding of legal procedures relating to property development, conveyancing, title matters, and contract administration. Experience with corporate and court filings, Tarion documentation, and/or condo closings is an asset.
Proficiency with legal software, Microsoft Office, and document management systems.
Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Prior experience in a development firm or working with builder-side legal matters is considered an advantage.
Accounting competency is preferred
