We are on the hunt on behalf of a well-regarded boutique litigation firm in Toronto, seeking a skilled Associate Lawyer with 3-6 years of experience to join their thriving team. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside a senior partner with a broad litigation practice that spans commercial disputes, insolvency, employment, construction litigation, and administrative law.

You will be working closely with a senior partner who is widely recognized as a leader in the field of administrative law and who is frequently sought out to represent clients before a range of tribunals and regulatory bodies. The role offers meaningful file responsibility, court exposure, and the opportunity to develop advocacy skills in a supportive and dynamic environment.

What you will be doing:

Manage a diverse litigation practice with a focus on commercial, insolvency, employment, administration, and construction law matters Draft pleadings, affidavits, legal memoranda, and tribunal submissions Conduct legal research and prepare strategic litigation plans Represent clients in court and before regulatory and administrative tribunals Attend hearings, mediations, motions, and judicial reviews Liaise with clients, experts, and opposing counsel Contribute to client development and firm initiatives

What you will bring to the position:

3-6 years of litigation experience, with exposure to commercial disputes and/or administrative law preferred Strong drafting and oral advocacy skills Familiarity with tribunal processes and administrative decision-making frameworks is an asset Excellent research, analytical, and organizational abilities Professionalism, initiative, and a client-focused approach Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
