Job Title: LINE SUPERVISOR - OYSTER GRADING AND PROCESSINGLocation: CYMBRIA AND CAVENDISHStart Date: August 2022 to Approximately Mid November 2022(End of Oyster Season) - May lead to permanent employmentHours: 40-55 hours per weekSchedule: Monday -FridayRate of Pay: Starts at $20/hrRetention Bonus: May be eligible for a bonus up to $1000Position Type: Full Time Seasonal; could lead to full time permanent roleTransportation from Charlottetown available!POSITION DESCRIPTION Hands on Line Supervisor for Oyster Grading and Oyster Processing. The Line Supervisor will ensure the grading and production lines are running effectively and efficiently, to ensure daily targets are being met. Responsible for assisting with general farm and processing operations including grading and packing oysters. Work with Managers to ensure lines are running smoothly. Perform general cleaning duties and assist with various projects as needed while working in a team environment.Working Conditions_________________________________________________
