Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to delivering high-quality meals in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

Prepares, cooks, and portions food in large volumes following recipes and safety standards. Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment and prep areas. Ensures freshness through proper rotation, labeling, and storage. Packages and stores products, supporting inventory tracking and stock levels. Food delivery to the group's restaurants and other locations. Assists with kitchen closing duties and participates in team meetings for continuous improvement. Efficiently meets daily production targets without compromising quality, reporting issues promptly to supervisors.

Requirements

With 1+ years in high-volume or food processing environments. Strong knowledge of culinary practices, food safety, and sanitation standards. Physically capable of lifting to 50 lbs and working in fast-paced settings. Detail-oriented, accountable, and open to feedback for continuous improvement. Team player with solid organizational skills and ability to perform under pressure. High school diploma required; culinary degree and Food Safe Level 1 are assets. Valid work permit or legally authorized to work in Canada. Drivers License
