Lead Line Painting & Seal Coating Technician (Future Crew Lead)

Location: Based in Shelburne, ON -- Servicing the Greater Toronto Area (GTA)
Job Type: Full-Time / Seasonal with Long-Term Growth
Pay: $28-$35+ per hour (based on experience)
About the Role
Modern Pavement Marking is a growing owner-operated pavement marking company specializing in:
Parking lot line painting Seal coating Warehouse safety lines & staging lanes School playground games All ground-applied pavement markings
We are seeking a skilled technician with 3-5+ years of experience who is ready to grow into a future Crew Lead position.
Requirements
3-5+ years experience in line painting & seal coating Confident with layouts, measurements & striping equipment Experience with warehouse safety lines & parking lots Physically fit, reliable, detail-oriented Valid driver's license & reliable transportation Leadership mindset and professionalism
Assets (Not Required)
Previous crew lead experience AZ/DZ license Equipment maintenance knowledge
