We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic

Line Cook/Prep Cook

to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about culinary arts, flexible under pressure, and able to work in a fast-paced, large-scale kitchen environment. Beyond technical cooking skills, we value team players who embody Irish hospitality, bring creativity to the kitchen, and maintain high standards of food quality and safety.

Responsibilities



Prepare and cook menu items consistently and according to recipes and quality standards. Assist in kitchen management, including inventory, cleanliness, and food safety practices. Work collaboratively with chefs, servers, and bar staff to ensure smooth service. Demonstrate strong culinary skills, including creativity in food preparation and plating. Adapt quickly to high-volume service and maintain composure under pressure. Support crowd flow during peak hours with efficient kitchen operations. Contribute to a positive and enthusiastic work environment aligned with Irish pub culture.

Qualifications & Skills



Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar culinary role preferred.

Food Safety - Required

Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards. Culinary training or relevant certifications an asset. Enthusiastic, flexible, and a strong team player. Ability to work efficiently in a large-scale kitchen. Excellent communication and time-management skills. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
