Ability to understand and follow direction from others Ability to read and follow recipes and replicate food production procedures Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and flexible environment Comfortable working on your feet for full shift Reliable and hard-workingResponsibilities: Prepare food in adherence with Church's specific recipes and protocols Pay attention to food safety and sanitation standards Manage food preparation to deliver fresh order on time Work at multiple food stations and collaborate effectively with other team members Serve guests in a positive and professional manner Maintain strict safety and sanitation standards throughout kitchen station and other restaurant areas (dining area, bathrooms, etc.) Assist cashiers when needed to take orders, and communicate with guests Maintain solid product knowledge Effectively resolve customer complaints Assist in training new Team Members Follow the company's security and safety proceduresPhysical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds of weight frequently and up to 75 pounds occasionally Ability to handle product preparation throughout shift Consistently be on your feet during a shift Frequently lift and bend for product preparation, stocking and inventoryJob Types: Full-time, Part-time, PermanentSalary: $15.00-$16.00 per hourSchedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Every Weekend
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
• Overtime pay
