We are seeking a motivated and reliable Kitchen Team Member to join our dynamic food service team at Wild Wing. This role is essential in delivering high-quality meals and excellent customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, strong attention to food safety, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Duties

Assist in food preparation and meal assembly, ensuring all dishes meet quality standards Cook and prepare menu items according to recipes and restaurant specifications Handle food safely and maintain proper hygiene standards during all stages of food handling Serve customers efficiently and courteously, ensuring a positive dining experience Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, utensils, and equipment throughout shifts Follow food safety protocols and sanitation procedures at all times Support the team in managing inventory, restocking supplies, and organizing storage areas Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours

Experience

Minimum 1 year experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is required Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling safety is advantageous Experience with meal preparation and serving in the food industry will help ensure a smooth transition into the role Familiarity with food safety standards and sanitation practices is a plus Strong teamwork skills, good communication, and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role
