BA Contracting is a small but growing home renovation company specializing in interior remodels and exterior living spaces -- including bathrooms, kitchens, basements, decks, covered porches, and complete home transformations. We're dedicated to quality workmanship, clear communication, and creating exceptional spaces for our clients.

We're looking for a dependable and motivated

Renovation Team Member

to work directly alongside the company owner on residential renovation projects. The ideal candidate has

1-5 years of hands-on trades experience

, takes pride in their work, and enjoys being on the tools every day.

Responsibilities

Assist with all aspects of renovation work, including demolition, framing, drywall, flooring, trim, and fixture installation Support exterior living space project

, such as decks, porches, and outdoor finishes Handle tools, materials, and measurements accurately and safely Keep the job site organized, clean, and professional Follow direction and maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude Take pride in high-quality work and attention to detail

Qualifications

1-5 years of trades experience, preferably in residential renovations or construction Must be fluent in English, with the ability to read, write, and communicate clearly on job sites Comfortable using hand and power tools (own basic tools preferred but not required) Reliable, punctual, and professional on-site conduct Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
