Duties

Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and presentation standards Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station throughout shifts Ensure all food handling procedures comply with safety and sanitation regulations Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure optimal quality and safety Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during busy hours Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to maintain smooth kitchen operations Follow food safety guidelines diligently, including proper storage and labeling of ingredients

Requirements

Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly Familiarity with food handling safety standards and sanitation practices Strong understanding of the food industry standards for quality and presentation Excellent serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction when interacting with front-of-house staff or guests Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting Good communication skills and teamwork orientation Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends or holidays if needed

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
