We are seeking a motivated Line Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality food items, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients
Ensure all food is handled safely and stored properly in accordance with food safety regulations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours
Adhere to all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
Qualifications
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred
Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly
Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Strong understanding of the food industry and customer service principles
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings as needed
