Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Ensure food safety and sanitation practices are followed at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth workflow during service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area. Provide excellent food service to ensure a memorable dining experience. Stay updated on culinary trends and techniques to continually improve skills.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Cook within the restaurant industry. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent knife skills and attention to detail in food presentation. Familiarity with Italian & Mediterranean cuisine is a plus. Strong teamwork skills and a passion for delivering great food experiences.
