Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, cooking, and delivering exceptional food service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Prior restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred, along with a strong understanding of food safety standards and food handling procedures.

Duties

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients Ensure all dishes are presented attractively and served promptly Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station throughout shifts Follow proper food handling and safety procedures at all times Serve food to guests in a courteous and efficient manner Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations Restock ingredients and supplies as needed to ensure efficient workflow

Experience

Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices Experience with meal preparation in a fast-paced setting is advantageous Strong understanding of the food industry standards for hygiene and safety Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
