Responsabilites
Preparer et cuire les plats du menu selon les recettes et les standards etablis.
Veiller a ce que tous les aliments soient prepares en conformite avec les reglementations et les directives en matiere de securite alimentaire.
Maintenir la proprete et l'organisation de la cuisine, y compris les postes de travail et l'equipement.
Aider a la gestion des stocks, notamment la reception et le rangement des provisions alimentaires.
Collaborer avec les autres membres de la cuisine pour assurer une preparation et un service des repas en temps voulu.
Controler la qualite des aliments pendant les phases de preparation et de cuisson.
Soutenir le Chef de Cuisine dans la planification et le developpement du menu, selon les besoins.
Participer a la formation du nouveau personnel de cuisine sur les procedures de manipulation des aliments et les operations en cuisine.
Qualifications
Experience confirmee en tant que cuisinier dans un restaurant ou un service alimentaire, de preference.
Bonne connaissance des techniques de preparation, des equipements de cuisine et des methodes de cuisson.
Maitrise des normes et reglements de securite alimentaire dans l'industrie alimentaire.
Capacite a travailler efficacement sous pression tout en maintenant un grand souci du detail.
Excellentes competences en travail d'equipe et en communication au sein de la brigade.
Flexibilite pour travailler selon differents horaires, y compris les soirs, les week-ends et les jours feries.

Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment.
Assist with inventory management, including receiving and storing food supplies.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
Monitor food quality during preparation and cooking processes.
Support the Head Chef in menu planning and development as needed.
Help train new kitchen staff on food handling procedures and kitchen operations.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a cook in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen equipment, and cooking methods.
Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations in the food industry.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively within the kitchen team.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
