Zapoteca Cantina de Barrio is the second iteration of the Zapoteca brand and we are excited to bring our small business team to Vancouver. Our team excels at pivoting our business model to adapt to the community and market conditions. The goal of our project is to build an inclusive neighborhood bar that is true to our core values of Community, Quality and Fun.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and portion sizes
- Ensure food is prepared and served in a timely manner
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
Experience:
- 5 years previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role required
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
