Overview:



Providing an exceptional member dining experience is our top priority. With your positive energy, you bring good communications skills, a genuine demeanor, and a passion for creating creative dishes.

Guided by the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs, you will partner with the front-of-house team to deliver fantastic dishes to our membership and guests.

Wage:

?$25-$26/hour + gratuities

Availability:

Evening shifts. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

This is a seasonal position from February to September, with the potential to extend.

Responsibilities:



Assist with receiving, storing, and preparing high-quality ingredients to ensure consistency and guest satisfaction. Work on the line during service, supporting daily operations and maintaining focus, speed, and accuracy under pressure. Set up, manage, and break down assigned stations, ensuring readiness for service and proper organization throughout shifts. Follow and help maintain proper food storage, labeling, and rotation systems in accordance with food safety standards. Learn and apply fundamental cooking techniques, food preparation methods, and presentation standards. Support banquet and event preparation by producing food to correct quantities and assisting with buffet, barbecue, and reception setups. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization in all kitchen and storage areas. Contribute to smooth and efficient kitchen operations by anticipating needs and assisting where required. Foster a positive team environment and effective communication between kitchen and service staff. Demonstrate flexibility and teamwork by assisting colleagues and completing additional duties as assigned by the Executive Chef or Sous Chefs.

Requirements:



High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of experience in the food services industry. Up to date Food Safe Training or equivalent food handling certificate. Knowledge of food services industry principles, methods, practices, and techniques. Ability to work effectively within a team. Positive attitude and ability to remain calm when busy. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Multi- tasking proficiency and ability to prioritize. Ability to withstand extended periods of standing, and other physically demanding conditions.
