Overview:

Providing an exceptional member dining experience is our top priority. With your positive energy, you bring good communication skills, a genuine demeanor, and a passion for creating creative dishes.

Guided by the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs, you will partner with the front-of-house team to deliver fantastic dishes to our membership and guests.

Wage:

?$20.00-$22.00/hour + gratuities

Availability:

?Evening shifts. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. This is a seasonal position ending December 31, 2025.

Responsibilities:

Assist with receiving, storing and preparing quality ingredients to ensure the highest level of satisfaction. Work with the team to develop, maintain, and follow correct food storage systems. Observe and absorb the fundamentals of food preparation and presentation. Perform banquet preparation to correct quantities and assist with setting up buffets, barbecues, and receptions. Help maintain the high standards of cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen areas. Assist in the continuous effort to ensure smooth and efficient work and service flows. Promote team spirit between kitchen and service staff. Be a team player and assist others when required. Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Executive Chef or Sous Chef.

Requirements:

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Minimum of 4 years of experience in the food services industry. Up-to-date Food Safe Training or equivalent food handling certificate. Knowledge of food services industry principles, methods, practices, and techniques. Ability to work effectively within a team. Positive attitude and ability to remain calm when busy. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Multi-tasking proficiency and ability to prioritize. Ability to withstand extended periods of standing and other physically demanding conditions.
