Sushi Aboard located in downtown west end on Denman street. We are the first bullet train sushi in Vancouver. Our goal is to provide great fun dining experiences for our customers with this new concept.
We are now looking for skilled and passionate line cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will be handling deep fried and pan fried station and should have experience in preparing delicious and high-quality meals while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
Qualification:
At least 2 years of previous experience as a cook, chef, or in a similar role.
Eligible to work in Canada.
Currently in Vancouver.
Knowledge in Japanese cuisine
Able to work in fast pace environment
Intermediate knife skill
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Passion for cooking and creativity in food preparation
Responsibility:
Manage ingredients and supplies, ensuring freshness and availability.
Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and menu specifications.
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet restaurant standard.
Use food delivery system to send customer's order.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following food safety and hygiene regulation.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and coordinate with kitchen staff.
