Job Description

We are currently recruiting cooks and chefs with a pro-active and motivated attitude, extreme attention to detail and a passion for exceeding expectations. They must be very organized and comfortable in high-pressure environment, and must skillfully be able to work with top quality ingredients. They must also be able to give orders within their section, work independently, as well as follow very specific orders handed down to them by the Chef.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Culinary diploma (recommended)

- Cooking experience in a fast paced restaurant

- Understanding of professional line cooking and knife handling

- Ensuring restaurant standards are met at all times

- Have proficient leadership and organizational skills

- Possess a very strong work ethic

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
