We are seeking a passionate and skilled

Line Cook

to join our vibrant Latin or Mediterranean restaurants. The ideal candidate will help bring authentic flavors to life by preparing high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment. This role requires a love for Latin or Mediterranean cuisine, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Duties

Prepare and cook menu items following recipes and restaurant standards Ensure all dishes are prepared promptly while maintaining authentic flavors and quality Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times Assist with inventory management and the rotation of fresh ingredients and spices Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service Support preparation for special events, catering, or seasonal Latin-themed menus as needed

Skills

Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods. Experience in food service and handling, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Familiarity with restaurant operations and kitchen equipment Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Excellent teamwork and communication skills, contributing positively to the kitchen environment Previous experience in a Latin restaurant or with Latin-style dishes is preferred but not mandatory
