Duties:
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies
- Ensure that all food is prepared and served in a timely manner
- Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- Assist with the cleaning and organization of the kitchen
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a line cook or in a similar role
- Knowledge of food handling, food service, and food preparation techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Note: Culinary school graduates or individuals with relevant certifications will be given preference.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
