Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and presentation standards
Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients
Ensure all food handling procedures comply with safety and sanitation standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area throughout shifts
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently during meal preparation
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction
Monitor food quality and presentation before serving to guests
Follow all food safety protocols, including proper storage, temperature control, and hygiene practices
Experience
Previous experience in a restaurant or food industry setting is preferred
Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly
Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Experience with serving guests in a fast-paced environment is a plus
Kitchen experience involving food service operations is highly desirable
