Line Cooks
to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, reliable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Asian cuisine is an asset.
Responsibilities
Assist cooks and chefs in food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Help with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
Support the cooking staff during meal service by preparing ingredients and plating dishes.
Participate in cleaning tasks at the end of shifts to maintain a hygienic kitchen.
Qualifications
Experience as a Line Cook in a restaurant or professional kitchen
Familiarity with Asian or Southeast Asian cuisine is a strong asset
Culinary school diploma or training (preferred)
Food Handler Certification
Strong communication and teamwork skills
