We are looking for a full time line cook, with both evening & weekend availability.
We are located on the ground floor of The Anndore House Hotel at 15 Charles St. East, just a couple blocks south of Yonge and Bloor. We have a large and dynamic space with two patios, a beautiful and modern open kitchen, private event space, and sleek lounge. This is a space unlike most restaurants in the city, housed in a gorgeous boutique hotel in the heart of Toronto.

Full Time Line Cook
who ideally has experience with
fresh pasta, butchery, pizza, and grilling.
Who We Are Looking For:
Creative and energetic people with great attitudes
Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure
Experience in a high volume kitchen or equivalent experience
Punctual with strong time management skills
Excellent Communication Skills

Reporting to Executive Chef, Chef de Cuisine, and Sous Chef.
Day to day food preparation according to restaurant standards
Follow recipes according to Chef's specifications
Coordinate with other cooks and Chefs to complete dishes
Ensure mise en place is ready and up to standard before the start of service
Ensure knives are sharp and uniform is clean
Take ownership over station, using your knowledge to promote efficiency
Assist in food inventory management and control
Assist in receiving and organizing orders in a timely manner
Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
Keep areas of cooking clean using methods as determined by company policy
Handling multiple food orders at one time
Daily and weekly cleaning duties, including assisting dishwashers
