We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our team for breakfast and lunch service. If you have a passion for cooking, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and meet our requirements, we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook breakfast and lunch menu items according to recipes and standards
Ensure all food is prepared in a timely and efficient manner
Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
Requirements:
5 years of kitchen experience
: Proven experience in a similar role.
Knife skills
: Proficiency in using various kitchen knives for food preparation.
Food handler certificate
: Current and valid certification.
Ability to work under pressure
: Handle high-volume orders efficiently.
Team player
: Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other team members.
Additional Requirements:
Attention to detail
: Ensure consistency and quality in every dish.
Time management skills
: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
