Eloise is a new contemporary fine dining restaurant in Toronto by the Esplanade Restaurants Ltd. We are currently seeking passionate and skilled cooks to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of presentation.
Assist with inventory management and stock rotation to minimize waste.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
Requirements
A strong passion for cooking and a dedication to high-quality ingredients.
Experience in fine dining or upscale kitchen environments.
Attention to detail, teamwork, and time management skills.
A drive to continuously learn and grow as a culinary professional.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
